POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Production Control Clerk supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Production Control Clerk is responsible for managing service calls, preparing service orders, and ensuring timely completion of work. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to maintain a team-oriented work environment and adapt to changing priorities. The clerk will also track performance metrics and assist in payrollpreparation, making it essential to have a detail-oriented approach and the ability to work under deadlines. Keeps assigned Department Superintendent informed of problems and unique warranting management notification.



  • Inputs data from work documents for assigned shops which could include labor hours and associated trade codes plus any notes pertaining to specified work.
  • Validates the accuracy of ongoing and/or completion information and accuracy of current CE work order data system collection data and communicates with Maintenance Engineering to coordinate and update changes in the Recurring Maintenance Program (RMP).
  • Keeps track of all assigned work documents and provides up-to-date status to assigned shops and the work management system by assessing shop efficiencies/inefficiencies, developing effective RMP schedules, analyzing trends in DSW accomplishment, recommending improvements for irregularities in work performance, and responding to inquiries relating to RMP, DSW's, and Work Orders.
  • Prepares slides for the Work Request Review Board (WRRB).
  • Generates and prints various reports using current CE work order data system collection and Excel spreadsheets on shop efficiencies/inefficiencies for analyzing work performance, improving RMP scheduling, assessing productivity, providing customer and management feedback, analyzing data used for government metrics, weekly Operations Meetings or for submission to the Government, the assigned shops, and/or to various requestors.
  • Verifies and explains on work documents all associated costs (labor, material, subcontract, etc.) for each completed job.
  • Prints, sorts, and distributes a variety of work documents such as service calls, project work orders and preventive maintenance task documents to appropriate shops.
  • Maintains and files all completed work documents, warranties and other pertinent information pertaining to each facility.
  • Schedules work appointment with customers as required.
  • Supports other Work Control staff as needed or directed.
  • Interfaces with customers, and is responsible for customer feedback, as applicable.
  • Complies with applicable federal, state, United States Air Force (USAF), and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) environmental laws and regulations.
  • Complies with health and safety rules and procedures; performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
  • Incumbent will at all times wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as determined by position and duties.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Accurate, timely, and cost effective performance of duties.
  • Working harmoniously with customers and fellow co-workers.
  • Maintainsstrict confidentiality of all Alutiiq LLC related matters.
  • Accountable for assigned tools, materials and equipment, and cleanliness and safety of shop and work areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' clerical experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in using various computer software, including ability to use the Windows operating system as well as office software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Database Management.
  • Must have the ability to analyze data in large spread sheets using sort, filter, lookup and pivot table functions.
  • Experience in a work/maintenance management environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses/IDs/certifications to include a current CAC card.
  • Ability to solve problems and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in technology and applicable facility/infrastructure codes and standards.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional & courteous manner in diverse situations.
  • Demonstrated working ability read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be available to work other shifts as directed, to include week-ends and holidays.
  • This position may currently and/or in the future be required to obtain and retain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) and/or Personal Clearance (PCL) as required by law or contract.
  • Position requires pre-employment drug screening.


PREFERRED QUALITIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Five (5) years' clerical experience.
  • Experience utilizing CE work, preferred.
  • Air Force Military experience.
  • Previous experience working on a military installation.
  • Experience working on Tinker facilities.
