None POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Power Production Technician Lead supporting Tinker Air Force Base located in Oklahoma City, OK. Power Production Technician Lead oversees a team of technicians, reviews their work, and provides feedback to improve performance. The Power Production Technician Lead monitors the team's performance to identify improvement areas and implements training sessions to enhance their abilities. This position installs, maintains, and repairs electrical power systems and equipment, ensuring reliable and efficient power generation, works with various power sources like coal, gas, hydro, solar, wind, and nuclear. The Power Production Technician Lead also operates and monitors generators, conducts routine maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs equipment, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards.
