You will join a team of dedicated accounting professionals and contribute to the day-to-day accounting functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of overall business operations while performing core accounting competencies. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the company's incoming payments and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and receipts. This role works closely with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing issues, monitor outstanding balances, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that offers some flexibility in your daily schedule while maintaining a presence during core business hours. Compensation: $23.00-27.40 per hour. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications, experience, work location, and education. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
