As a Personal Trainer at the YMCA of the North Shore, you'll be a key player in helping members of all fitness levels build confidence, strength, and healthier lifestyles. Working in our fully equipped, state-of-the-art facility, you will design and deliver customized workout plans tailored to individual goals and abilities. From demonstrating exercises and conducting fitness equipment overviews to offering complimentary sessions and hands-on guidance, you'll ensure each member receives an exceptional and personalized experience. You'll regularly meet with clients to assess progress and make meaningful modifications, ensuring their success. On the fitness floor, you'll be a visible, welcoming presence-ready to answer questions, provide expert advice, and support members in reaching their goals. You'll also help keep our equipment clean and functioning properly, contributing to a positive and safe workout environment. What We're Looking For:
