For more information, visit our website at www.kearfott.com Position Description: This position is responsible for performing diversified maintenance activities including minor installations, adjustments and repairs. Responsibilities: * Make routine equipment installations * Perform routine repairs and adjustments to equipment * Perform various types of maintenance work including carpentry, painting, epoxy floor coating, and plumbing * Help move heavy equipment as needed * Perform routine maintenance duties such as oiling and greasing machinery, cleaning and re-filling coolants, replacing light bulbs and/or fixtures, etc. * Assist more highly skilled maintenance personnel in installations and repairs * Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor Education & Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic strongly preferred, carpentry/flooring/construction experience preferred * Must be capable of utilizing advanced shop math and be able to read complicated written instructions * Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs * Must be willing to acquire/complete trainings/certifications as provided by Kearfott.
