Job Description: Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Representative Intern to join our Land Services Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land management, right-of-way acquisition, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. The intern will work closely with our experienced Real Estate Representatives and Land Manager, gaining insights into the operational and strategic aspects of land acquisition and management. Key Responsibilities: * Right-of-Way Acquisition: * Assist in negotiating and acquiring land rights necessary for pipeline construction and maintenance projects. * Project Support: * Provide general support to land management projects, including coordinating with internal teams and external contractors. * Third-Party Vendor Management: * Ensure vendors meet project timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards. * Coordinate vendor activities and facilitate effective communication between the company and vendors. * Document Preparation: * Review and manage documentation related to land agreements, easements, and contracts. * Ensure all documents are accurately recorded and filed in the land management system. * Data Management: * Maintain and update records of land transactions and project statuses using our land management database. * Generate reports and summaries as needed for project tracking and management reviews. * Field Visits: * Participate in site visits to understand the aspects of land parcels and the project and assist in due diligence activities. * Research and Analysis: * Conduct research on land titles, deeds, and property ownership to support project planning and execution.
