This position requires a seasoned project delivery leader with strong client relationship skills, experience managing PM teams, and the ability to coordinate cross-discipline resources within a matrixed technical consulting environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor the SS PM team, including assigning SS PMs to projects, overseeing delivery performance, and conducting timesheet, PTO, and review responsibilities.
- Coordinate with SS Discipline Leads to ensure alignment between technical design execution and project management needs.
- Collaborate with the SS Program Portfolio Manager to support staff planning, project intake coordination, and alignment of delivery timelines with resource availability.
- Engage with clients during project startup, milestone reviews, and delivery checkpoints to ensure satisfaction and accountability.
- Serve as the SS group's point of contact with the PMO to ensure project delivery practices align with firmwide standards, tools, and reporting expectations.
