Mission for Position

To deliver personalized, high-quality care and coordinated support to every patient, working in collaboration with providers and clinic teams to uphold Lakewood's mission of lifelong, community-centered healthcare.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing charts for upcoming visits
• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and completing quality measures
• Assisting with or completing standard clinical procedures
• Coordinating care and collaborating with your provider and team
• Supporting peers and contributing to a positive team culture
• As an LPN or CMA at Lakewood, you will be a vital part of a collaborative and caring clinical team. You'll work 1:1 with an assigned provider, forming strong relationships with both patients and colleagues, and helping to shape the patient experience with your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Position Type

Full-Time | 64-80 Hours Per Pay Period

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or Medical Assistant Certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience with EPIC EHR (preferred)

• Strong communication, typing, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
