YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
Provide hands-on operational leadership to the UX/UI, Design System, and CRO teams using agile and design-thinking methodologies
Collaborate on long-term strategy and planning, and drive the execution of aligned design and optimization initiatives
Oversee team resource capacity, manage dependencies, and communicate planning needs across operational and project roadmaps
Mentor and support UX designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture
Partner cross-functionally to refine processes related to UX/UI, design systems, and CRO for continuous improvement
Champion user-centric design principles and ensure they are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle
Lead and support the UX/UI discovery and design process to create seamless user journeys
Contribute to defining creative direction and manage external design agencies when needed
Conduct user research and conversion optimization studies to align design with real user needs and behaviors
Create and maintain UX style guides to ensure consistent design across all digital platforms
Ensure a cohesive and unified user experience across devices and digital touchpoints
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with user needs and business goals
Support ongoing development and optimization of the design system
Define measurable UX goals and track KPIs to assess and improve design impact
Coach, motivate, and guide team members through the implementation of new or improved solutions to ensure quality and efficiency
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
Master degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience leading UX, Design System, and CRO teams in a similar role
Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C e-commerce, with solid knowledge of the MarTech landscape
Proven experience in responsive design, ensuring seamless cross-device user experiences
Familiarity with front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficient in end-user research methodologies and applying insights to drive user-centered design
Skilled in project management, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, alignment, and outcome validation
Hands-on experience with industry tools: Figma (design/prototyping), Optimizely (A/B testing), and other user feedback platforms
Creative mindset in combination with strong analytical and communication skills
Customer-focused with strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities.
