Position Overview:

Echo Lake Foods is seeking a highly organized and proactive R&D Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination and execution of research and development initiatives. This role will be responsible for organizing the R&D team, working with Sales and QA on required documentation, collaborating with Purchasing, coordinating internal cuttings, and assembling R&D presentations.

Fully onsite at our Burlington, WI Plant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the R&D team by managing project timelines and coordinating resources.
  • Work closely with Sales and QA to ensure proper documentation for product development.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing internal product cuttings and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and materials.
  • Prepare and maintain R&D presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Track and document R&D activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the R&D team as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a research and development support role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
