Position Title: Powder Coater
Wage: $21.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Powder Coater at a company in Altoona, IA. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Powder Coater Responsibilities: - Wash various materials to prep for powder coating - Sort and move powder to proper locations in warehouse - Operate forklift to move product - Ensure parts are painted properly according to customer specifications - Perform various powdering techniques - Follow written and verbal instructions - Prepare metal parts by pre-treating, sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning as needed - Properly load parts on racks and change hanging patterns as needed - Bake parts and products at appropriate temperatures within time limitations Requirements for Powder Coater: - Previous experience working with electrostatic spray guns - Experience working with hoppers and dry powder - Able to repetitively bend and lift up to 50lbs - Able to stoop, crouch and bend desmoinesresume@qpsemployment.com IND092 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
