Summary of Position:

The Wireless Sales Support Specialist is someone who can assist sales and internal operations teams with creating strategic quotes and assist existing customers with rate plan optimization. Serving as a mobility subject matter expert within Granite the ideal candidate is someone who understands Granite's Mobility offerings from a pricing and technical perspective and can make recommendations to increase new business growth and customer retention.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist OM by reviewing all Mobility proposals to ensure accuracy and strategic competitiveness.
  • Work with the RFP teams both commercial and government to create competitive proposals.
  • Assist the premier and sales teams to support customers with the optimization of their data-pools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for sales and internal operations teams with regards to Granite's Mobility Product line.
  • Work with Granite University to ensure that proper training is available to internal Granite teams on the mobility product line and processes.


Required Qualifications:



  • Motivated hard worker who is eager to learn.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especially excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and lead meetings with customers and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can think creatively to create strategic and effective quotes and optimization strategies.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Mobility services and the industry more broadly.
  • Knowledge of Granites Mobility offerings particularly with regards to plan offerings and financials.
  • Excellent communication capabilities and ability to create relationships with customers.
