The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational planning and forecasting within the mortgage servicing division. This individual ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of operational budgets, financial forecasts, reporting, and overall efficiency. The role requires strategic oversight, analytical acumen, and leadership skills to drive operational and financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Oversight



  • Labor Performance analysis and forecasting
  • Loss and Exposure analysis and forecasting
  • Cost of Servicing analysis and forecasting
  • Develop operational driver-based reporting and analysis that create actionable insights into the performance of the servicing operation.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing improvements of our planning and forecasting technology.


Team Leadership



  • Lead, mentor, and support the Operational Planning and Forecasting team.
  • Create a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business unit leadership.



Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience:

    • 10+ years in mortgage servicing operations or financial planning.
    • 7+ years in progressive leadership roles.

Education
Bachelors of Finance (required)
Experience
7 years: Progressive leadership roles (required)
10 years: Mortgage servicing operations or financial planning (required)
