Overview
Amyx is seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Systems Engineer to support the DLA Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS) in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment. The PAM SE will lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of CyberArk PAM services and integrations to enhance privileged access controls and support audit, compliance, and cybersecurity goals. This position requires hands-on engineering, cross-team coordination, and a strong understanding of federal cloud security environments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for effective provisioning, operation, installation, configuration and maintenance of privileged access management (PAM) software/services within DLA's AMPS OCI environment. Provide technical support, guidance and hands-on delivery in the planning, implementation and ongoing operation of PAM.
- The PAM Systems Engineer (SE) shall provide recommendations for improved processes, policies and controls for privileged access risk reduction.
- The PAM SE will support PAM integration with DLA AMPS processes (an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosted application running the Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) software suite) and PAM integration into DLA applications, as identified.
- The PAM SE will implement privileges access authorization workflows and capture and persist privileged access requests and results in support of financial audit and Cyber/Information Assurance compliance.
- The PAM SE will coordinate application integrations, PAM configuration implementation, upgrades and patches with program planned maintenance intervals and other team activity.
- Ensure that privileged access and related procedures adhere to organizational values and regulatory requirements.
- The PAM SE shall document specifications, configurations, integration plans, test plans and results.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications
Required:
- Sensitivity Level: Critical/Sensitive
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer - PAM (CDE-PAM) certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with identity access management components (users, group, and policies)
- Minimum 3 years of CyberArk installation, operation and maintenance, and application integration experience.
- Experience supporting cloud-based (preferably OCI) applications and environments
- Strong understanding of privileged access risks, controls, and compliance requirements
Desired:
- Experience with DLA or other Department of Defense (DoD) programs
- Possess a general understanding of the breadth of OCI or cloud-based technologies, applications and services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
