Summary of the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic marketing technology initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration within our Demand Generation - Analytics, Insights, and AI Development organization. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep B2B SaaS marketing expertise who can manage complex projects using Agile methodologies, optimize customer journeys, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple business functions. About the Role Project Leadership & Agile Management
- Lead end-to-end projects and implementations of Marketing Technology (Martech) solutions across the customer lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for marketing projects
- Manage internal marketing AI Product dev chronogram and prioritize marketing initiatives based on business value and impact
- Drive and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and groups to achieve project objectives in B2B SaaS marketing environments
- Implement Scrum or Kanban frameworks to optimize marketing project delivery and team productivity
- Maintain discipline and provide comprehensive status reporting for all projects within the Demand Gen - Analytics, Insights, and AI Development organization
- Lead implementation of new marketing projects, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders
Customer Centricity Initiatives (Customer Journey & Marketing Strategy)
- Design in partnership with MKT Strategy, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Analytics and CoE to test and optimize customer journey mapping initiatives across awareness, consideration, trial, adoption, and expansion phases
- Apply Agile principles to iteratively improve customer touchpoints and marketing campaigns
- Implement customer pilots of lifecycle marketing programs to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Collaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and multi-touch attribution models
- Use sprint-based approaches to test and optimize marketing campaigns and customer experiences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with business partner functions including Digital, Marketing Operations, Segments, and Commercial Excellence to ensure seamless coordination
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to identify opportunities for modeling and standardization across marketing functions
- Partner with VPs, Directors, and stakeholders across various business segments to align marketing strategies with overall company goals
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey
- Facilitate cross-functional Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between marketing and product development cycles
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new marketing processes and technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team
- Promote Agile mindset and practices across marketing teams, encouraging experimentation and rapid iteration
- Lead marketing automation and lead nurturing program implementations
- Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains
- Champion test-and-learn approaches to marketing initiatives
Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions and optimize marketing performance
- Leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and project velocity
- Implement measurement frameworks to track project success
- Use iterative testing and optimization cycles to improve marketing performance in partnership with Marketing Strategy and Opps
Stakeholder Management
- Lead regular meetings and discussions to share best practices, solutions, and tactical insights
- Foster strong relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment
- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and gather feedback for continuous improvement
About you Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing or marketing technology
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS companies with understanding of subscription business models
- 2+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies in marketing or cross-functional environments
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Agile & Project Management Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile teams
- Experience with Agile project management tools(Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana)
- Understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Experience with sprint planning, backlog management, and velocity tracking
Marketing & Industry Knowledge
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and retention tactics
- Experience with customer journey mapping, persona development, and buyer behavior analysis
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn rates, expansion revenue, and cohort analysis
- Understanding key Martech vendors like 6Sense, Bombora, Eloqua, On24, D&B, ZoomInfo , or similar
- Experience applying Agile principles to marketing campaign development and optimization
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Marketing Technology (Martech) platforms and implementations (6Sense, Bombora, Eloqua, On24, D&B, ZoomInfo and etc)
- Proficiency with B2B SaaS marketing tools: CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDP)
- Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Understanding of marketing analytics, data management, and AI applications
- Experience with change management methodologies
- Proficiency with Agile project management and collaboration tools
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management at VP and Director levels
- Understanding of sales and marketing alignment (SMarketing) best practices
- Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Advanced Agile certifications(Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.)
- Certification in marketing automation platforms(HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Experience with customer success and expansion marketing strategies
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in marketing
- Previous experience with Centers of Excellence (CoE) frameworks
- Background in digital transformation initiatives
- Understanding of compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA) in marketing operations
- Experience with Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
