City/State Virginia Beach, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time Supervisor, E-mail Production. Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift Position Location: Hybrid in Virginia Beach, VA (hybrid schedule to be determined) Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Job Summary: The Supervisor, Email Marketing Production is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of marketing email campaigns across the enterprise. This role oversees a team of email producers to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-compliant deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or equivalent platforms. The supervisor owns the production workflow, QA process, and coordination with creative and campaign teams to ensure each deployment meets quality, compliance, and timing expectations. The role also partners closely with the Email Campaign Consultant (strategist) to ensure calendar alignment, capacity planning, and campaign performance insights are translated into production execution. This position is focused on operational delivery and execution, rather than audience strategy or content planning. Key Responsibilities:
