Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support the execution of the DEI Strategy and work with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team to deliver full end to end project management including planning, execution, and tracking of small- to middle-sized projects. This includes transformation projects as well as managing global cultural moment events.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the delivery of DEI projects and cultural events with end-to-end project management, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, implementation, and KPI/success measurement
  • Accountable for individual projects within department, project team planning as well as milestone tracking relating to implementations and team targets.
  • Lead project and stakeholder meetings to influence and execute project goals with clear actions and decisions.
  • Lead the creation, execution and maintenance of cross-departmental HR processes, documents, communication content and events.
  • Design and lead project workshops to determine project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create and develop regular impactful updates and presentations for various target audiences, i.e., DEI team, project team HR Community and HRSLT.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders such as Corporate Communications. HR DCs and Retail to ensure the delivery of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion products and solutions that foster belonging and inclusion for all.
  • Liaise and collaborate with the global diversity team to bring the global diversity vision to life in the market, creating synergies around initiatives, events and trainings
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and consulted with a clear communication plan representing all stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure staying up to date with internal and external developments within the Corporate and DEI space i.e., Company Strategy, HR Strategy and DEI in the news.
  • Partnering with Investor Relations, Media Relations, and HR Head Office to understand and deliver promptly on any internal or external reporting requirements.
  • Ensure internal and external DEI channels are maintained with up-to-date information and build compelling stories on adidas's inclusion culture.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Passion for the topics of diversity & inclusion, workplace culture and social impact
  • Experienced project manager delivering small to mid-size projects within a corporate environment
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and complex employee-facing issues
  • A team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to support the execution of programs
  • Ability to excel in both strategic and tactical thinking & executing
  • Customer/Consumer focus, end-to-end thinker
  • Integrator, able to consider multiple perspectives
  • Cross-functional and intercultural experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experienced using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), preferably one additional language
  • Event Management skills a plus



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:



  • Four-year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience in supporting employee facing programs and trainings from concept to launch
  • Experience working with Employee Resource Groups and helping embed inclusion programs into the fabric of the culture

  • The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $93,668.56 -$130,000.00. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
  • At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Los Angelas, CA.
