We are seeking a skilled China Analyst to support a high-profile engagement with the Office of the Secretary of Defense's Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO). This role will contribute to efforts to develop high-impact assessments for senior policymakers using data-driven analyses and key findings. This role is ideal for candidates with a blend of China expertise, data-driven analytic rigor, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and data engineers to address senior military customers' requirements. As a China Analyst on the CDAO project, you will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to elicit, document, and manage requirements that align with the strategic goals of the initiative. You will play a key role in translating customer needs into technical requirements that you will then "fuse" and deliver as strategic assessments and analytic products for senior military customers. Location: Arlington, VA This position is contingent upon the award of an OSD CDAO contract. Work is expected to begin in Mid-August 2025. Job Duties include (but not limited to):
Deliver in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis around the military capabilities and technological advancements of near peer nations
