Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring facilities and equipment are maintained in top working condition
- Coordinate routine and emergency repairs, and manage both preventative and corrective maintenance
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of maintenance personnel
- Assign tasks based on priorities and workload, ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure skill development and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate records for audits, inspections, and reporting purposes
- Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Oversee contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure high-quality service and adherence to budgets
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex equipment failures and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze failure data to identify recurring issues and work to resolve root causes
- Approve and submit time card reports for employees
- Update/maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures in our document retention system
- Prepare work orders/assignments and preventive maintenance (PM) task list; coordinate with production to complete maintenance PMs with scheduled downtime

Additional Information
**CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT** Thenational pay range for this role is $67,800-$105,800 / year. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
