As a Principal Technical Program Manager of AI Process Improvement, you will be pivotal in engaging with our customers in the Chief Operations Officer (COO) organization, understanding their existing processes, and facilitating the implementation of refined workflows. ResponsibilitiesEngage proactively with clients onsite to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the AI Technical Team to communicate client requirements for integrating AI Agents and application programming interfaces (APIs) effectively into existing workflows. Test refined workflows to ensure they align with customer expectations and operational needs while seamlessly integrating advanced AI solutions. Act as a liaison between COO clients and the technical teams, conveying process nuances and feedback to optimize solution delivery. Utilize domain-specific expertise to facilitate effective communication, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations throughout the lifecycle. Document process changes and provide training and support to clients on new systems and workflows to ensure smooth transitions. Identify and address potential risks, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction.
