Wage Range: $20.00 to $24.00 DOE

JOB SUMMARY
Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our Ski and Ride School Sales Desk team. As a Sales Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating a memorable guest experience by helping visitors book ski and snowboard lessons, answering questions about our programs, and serving as a friendly, knowledgeable face at the heart of the Ski and Ride School. The Sales Desk Agent is also responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently. The agent will be asked to communicate clearly and often with the supervisor teams and administrative team to manage walk-up lessons sales and capacity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Provide detailed information on ski and snowboard lesson products, including group and private lessons, multi-week programs, and specialty programs
- Book lessons and process payments using SiriusWare, Inntopia, and Flaik in accordance with SRS practices
- Answer guest questions by phone, email, or in person in a timely and knowledgeable manner
- Resolve guest concerns or escalate to the appropriate supervisor as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales desk environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and the Sales Desk Lead to ensure accurate lesson rosters and guest readiness
- Follow daily duties checklist provided for Sales Desk Agent
- Follow systems established by SRS Leadership for assessing sales capacity, scheduling, and communicating
- Uphold safety standards and resort policies at all times
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling software (experience with SiriusWare, Inntopia, and/or Flaik a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Interest or experience in skiing or snowboarding is strongly preferred
- Passion for winter sports and a desire to help others enjoy the mountain experience
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods (especially December-February)
- Must successfully complete a background check
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position at least 50 pounds on an irregular basis.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a regular basis.
- Ability to sit, bend, reach, and speak for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
