Senior Recruiter - Miami-Doral (Hybrid) Join Our Team and Help Drive Talent in Transportation, Logistics, and Aviation Are you passionate about connecting people with purpose-especially in fast-paced, high-impact industries? As a Senior Recruiter reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll be a strategic partner and trusted advisor, helping shape the future of our organization by attracting top-tier talent across transportation, logistics, aviation, and other high-volume functions. Location: Hybrid role based in Miami-Doral, with 3 days/week onsite. What You'll Do Industry-Focused Talent Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies tailored to CDL drivers, logistics professionals, aviation roles, and other high-volume hiring needs. Proactive Sourcing: Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM platforms to build strong pipelines and uncover specialized talent. Campaign Leadership: Lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns, ensuring compliance and delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Data-Driven Insights: Present recruitment metrics and market insights to influence hiring decisions and improve processes. Candidate Experience Champion: Create a memorable, high-touch experience for every candidate-because how we hire reflects who we are. Brand Ambassador: Elevate our employer brand through creative outreach and community engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment with broader talent strategies. What You Bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume roles and industries such as transportation, logistics, and aviation. Proven success recruiting CDL drivers and specialized operational talent across multiple regions. Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools, including Workday ATS. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A passion for data, storytelling, and delivering results.
