This employee supervises all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management.
Job Responsibilities: * Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service personnel * Answer incoming calls * Assist customers with questions * Enters new orders and assists sales representatives in obtaining compliant billable documents * Actively participates in training all Customer Service personnel, including new hires * Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department * Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as necessary * Monitors phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are used by Customer Service personnel | |
