What You'll Do

• Collaborate with customers to estimate, schedule, and manage small projects from beginning to end.
• Build strong relationships with clients - becoming their go-to resource for all things LaForce.
• Price materials, write orders, and manage logistics through our internal systems.
• Troubleshoot and communicate effectively throughout the life of a project.
• Be a trusted technical expert who helps solve problems and drives project success.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Comfort with reading technical documents and performing calculations.
• Someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and ready and willing to learn!
