Position Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract (Potential for Hire) Location: Onsite - St. Louis, MO Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate: $23/hr What You'll Do * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. * Initiate third-party service orders (title, appraisal, credit, etc.). * Review and validate loan documentation. * Respond to routine calls, emails, and chats. * Monitor work queues and intervene as needed. * Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks. What You Bring * 1-3 years of experience in mortgage operations or financial services. AND/OR * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Associate's degree or equivalent experience also considered). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. * Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations (preferred). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
