What You'll Do As a CEA, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience, handling inquiries and resolving issues with speed, empathy, and precision. * Manage 25-50+ inbound calls daily * Respond to 50-100+ emails with clarity and professionalism * Research and resolve questions related to shipping, product availability, and pricing * Create and manage customer cases, ensuring timely resolution * Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs-both stated and unstated * Use systems and tools to provide transparency and proactive solutions * Deliver a frictionless experience that keeps customers coming back What You Bring Must-Haves: * 2+ years in customer service (non-scripted, KPI-driven environment preferred) * Experience with ERP order entry * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and general computer skills * Strong written communication skills * High school diploma Nice-to-Haves: * Claims processing experience * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM * High-volume inbound phone experience * Microsoft Excel skills Who You Are * A self-starter who can work independently and solve problems without constant supervision * Resourceful and detail-oriented, with a knack for finding answers and checking inventory * A clear and professional communicator, especially via email * Positive, accountable, and committed to delivering excellence Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
