Position Title: Night Ticket Checker Business Unit: Mountain Operations Position Reports to: Lift Operations Manager,Ticket Checking Supervisor Location: Crystal Mountain, Washington Wage Range: 20.00 - 21.50 JOB SUMMARY The primary purpose of a Night Ticket Checker is to audit the RFID gates, ensuring guests have the correct ticket type or pass. Ticket Checkers set up mazes at lifts with RFID gates. You will be required to perform and manage crowd control in lift lines. Ticket Checkers answer guest inquiries and resolve issues when appropriate, while elevating guest problems to the Ticket Checking Lead, Supervisor, or Lift Operations Management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES -
