Location: TD Industries, Inc., 13850 Diplomat Dr., Dallas, TX 75234


Essential Duties

Under direction of Professional Engineer, prepare detailed design specifications for construction projects. Draft and model mechanical systems to support department Engineers using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Ensure that all designs and drawings comply with all policies and procedures. Collaborate with Engineers to ensure that the correct function of all designs is applied and provide recommendations when needed. Assist in site surveys to document existing job site conditions to determine the feasibility of projects using Bluebeam and Procore and ensure that all designs conform to all applicable codes and safety. Meet with vendors to review drawings and collaborate on technical support and equipment selection. Oversee project schedules and timelines.


Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Architecture, Architectural Science, related field or foreign degree equivalent and 24 months experience as a Project Coordinator for construction projects.

Experience to include:

  • 2 years' experience using either AutoCAD or Revit drafting software.
  • 2 years' experience using Bluebeam.
  • 2 years' experience reviewing architectural and mechanical drawings prior and during construction to ensure construction standards are met.
  • 2 years' experience assisting in site surveys to document existing job site conditions to determine the feasibility of projects and ensure that all designs conform to all applicable codes and safety.
