Collaborate with proposal managers, pricing leads, and technical staff to align contractual language and pricing strategy with the overall proposal strategy.
* Leverage strong negotiation skills and business acumen to align contract strategy with company goals-whether acting as a Prime or Subcontractor.
* Provide contractual advice, risk identification, and interpretation of requirements to account managers, program managers, and senior leadership.
* Ensure proper contract file creation, organization, and maintenance in internal systems and file structures.
* Distribute contract documentation and coordinate with account and program managers to meet all contractual obligations.
