*About the Role*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Insurance Document Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support critical document processing functions for our insurance operations. You'll be responsible for handling incoming mail, reviewing and classifying insurance documents, and ensuring accurate and timely routing of materials to the appropriate teams. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to multiple departments and grow within a reputable organization. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (Onsite) *Key Responsibilities* * Open, evaluate, and distribute incoming mail and faxes * Identify and route misdirected documents to the correct departments * Review and classify underwriting and claims documents * Prepare documents for scanning and ensure image quality * Perform manual indexing and quality assurance checks * Process checks and DI benefits mail using internal systems * Support document scanning, re-scanning, and troubleshooting * Assist with document shipping, LAN monitoring, and other support tasks *Must-Have Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in mail handling or customer service * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines * Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office * Ability to lift 15-20 lbs consistently *Why Join Us?* * Free lunches and parking daily * Opportunity to get your foot in the door with a respected, large company * Exposure to multiple teams and departments for career growth * Supportive team environment with strong leadership * Stable work expectations and employee appreciation initiatives *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
