KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Functional Practice Operations to join our Audit organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Help with communications to the BU; liaise with the Enterprise Market Leadership Council (EMLC) Champion network and monitoring/communication to the BU Leaders
  • Engage in Economics and Pricing initiatives; review of engagement economic plans, month end closes, and pre-plans
  • Contract management including working with Engagement Management Coordinator (EMCs), and finance and accounting to assist with hard-close, review of investment balances, cash campaign and requests from finance and accounting leadership
  • Oversee Portfolio Management and other pricing strategic initiatives; liaise with councils, and other BU networks
  • Drive integration, engagement and connection within the Mountain BU, and other areas such as BU-wide communications, meetings, and deliverables; deck preparation, and logistics for BU meetings
  • Assist with Employee Engagement budget allocations and tracking actuals vs budget; report based on BU leader requests, other practice administration; ad hoc requests and assistance from Business Unit Practice Integration Coordinator (BUPIC), Head of Markets (HOM) and Talent and Culture Leaders (TACL)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in business operations, including roles in accounting, finance, or resource management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate strong analytical, and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); basic knowledge of tools such as PBI, Alteryx, and more
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to standardize processes, and implement best practices
