General Responsibilities: Terracon is seeking a Geotechnical Department Manager to lead our team in Corpus Christi, TX. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will oversee all projects in progress, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest levels of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will guide the preparation of proposals and cost estimates, manage staffing and resources, and drive profitability while fostering innovation and technical excellence. As Department Manager, you'll also play a critical role in developing and mentoring staff-building a strong, high-performing team through training, performance management, and professional growth opportunities. Beyond operations, you will actively engage in business development, expanding Terracon's footprint in South Texas, building lasting client relationships, and helping win new project opportunities.
