McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Supply Chain Management Team in Richmond, VA. The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst will assist with analytics, tool development and reporting, and identify opportunities within the business to gain efficiencies.This position would also be responsible for providing ad-hoc data analysis to answer questions and solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations Teams and the Supply Chain Management Team to support strategic and long-term projects
• Maintain and deliver established reporting and tools
• Create new standard and ad hoc reporting
• Provide analytical support interpreting data and trends
• Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data and delivered reports
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and end user documentation
• Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills:

• 2+ years' experience as a Reporting Analyst, Report Writer/Analyst and/or Data Analyst
• 1+ years' experience in distribution, healthcare or other related industry
• 1+ years' experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP's, Sum/Ifs)

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details
• Experience with data visualization technologies like Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with Python and Smartsheets a plus
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong report presentation skills
