Integrated Services Manager


Department: Behavioral Health Division


Full-time, Hybrid


Salary Range: $59,758.40 - $96,948.80/yr



Job Summary


This position will provide leadership, staff support and quality oversight in partnership with the CCS Director of the Milwaukee County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This will include ensuring that regulatory compliance standards are met, quality endeavors are ensured, and there is continuity between youth and adult services within CCS.



Work Schedule: This position will work a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday with at least 2 days in the office per week.



Job Responsibilities



  • Staff Supervision - Prepare and evaluate staff performance reviews, interview and hire new staff, orientate and train staff as needed, oversee disciplinary and performance issues, manage staff workloads, and schedule staff duties and activities.
  • Quality Oversight, Data Collection/Analysis & Outcomes Evaluation - Work with evaluation staff to provide oversight of data collection, data analysis, program evaluation, and outcomes measurement for the CCS program. Engage CCS programs in continuous quality improvement projects as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance - Work in close collaboration with CCS Director to ensure full regulatory compliance with DHS 36 which includes all preparatory work for the DQA surveys and maintenance of the CCS certification.
  • Reports to Providers and State - Works collaboratively with CCS Director to ensure timely reporting to the State of Wisconsin as required. Runs and communicates routine reports to providers to help them effectively manage their programs and ensure high quality services.
  • Provider Payments - Work to ensure that accurate payments are provided to CCS agencies by monitoring the pre-payment reports and assisting with maintaining AvatarNX requests.
  • Provider Relations - Maintain regular contact with CCS providers in both regularly scheduled network meetings and one on one meetings as needed to ensure there is strong communication and high-quality services are being delivered that uphold the CCS values.
  • Outreach & Community Presentations - Engages in outreach activities in the community to promote access to CCS service and good customer relations along with other CCS staff as needed.
  • Ensures Network Adequacy - Works in concert with CCS Director to analyze the CCS network, identify gaps and opportunities, and help recruit/retain a high-quality network of vendors for both care coordination and ancillary services.
  • Policy & Procedure Development - Works with CCS Director to develop and maintain CCS policies and procedures that are reflective of and uphold all DHS 36 requirements. Policies will be written to promote continuity of the CCS program across the lifespan.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 15 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Required Education, License/Certification and Experience



  • Current residency within the State of Wisconsin required
  • Valid Wisconsin Driver's License required and must be maintained throughout employment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field required
  • Three (3) years or more work experience in Behavioral Health, Human Services or Social Work required
  • One (1) year or more work experience in a Supervisory or Management role required
  • Basic knowledge of all related computer and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams required
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and county regulations in relation to the provision of Behavioral Health Services and an understanding of substance abuse services, CCS, CSP, TCM, and IPS required



Preferred Education and Experiences



  • Master's degree preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
