Job Summary

The Channel Offer Manager plays a pivotal role within the Offer Management team, contributing to the daily operations and overall mission of Astound Broadband. Responsibilities include acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries, developing quotes and offers, and supporting sales efforts through contract creation and customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Quoting/Offer Development

    • Evaluation and assessment, as to bid or no-bid, of wholesale opportunities.





    • Collaborate with SEs and Sales as needed to create tailored solutions to our customer's needs.
    • Create Quote documents and/or fill out RFP/RFQs.



  • Sales Support

    • Supports Channel team with Creating and Reviewing Contracts, ASRs and PONs.
    • Responds to customers on Installs, Changes (Renewals/upgrades/etc) and Disconnects. Hands off to Implementation, Sales and Account management as needed.


  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the Channel Offer Manager team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
    • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience


  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements/Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience:



  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Offer Manager or similar role
  • Minimum 8 years of wholesale/carrier and alternate channel sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales planning, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Sales training experience - technical and process
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends.
  • Operational understanding of industry standard telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes
  • Working knowledge of general marketing principle tools and processes

Base Salary: The base salary range in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Illinois and may not be applicable to other locations.
