Process Utility Person - Third Shift

Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and is currently recruiting for a Processor to work from our manufacturing facility located in Algona, WA on Third Shift.

As a Processor, this candidate will be responsible for efficient operation of ring production ensuring consistent flow and quality finished product. This position works Monday thru Friday 10:30pm - 6:15am.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper measurement of ingredients and recording lot numbers of oil and salt seasoning.
• Ensures product flow meets standards of efficiency.
• Visually inspects finished product to ensure product quality based on standards.
• Ensures proper labeling of bulk product with production date.
• Moves pallets of bulk product using manual pallet jack.
• Keeps workstation and inspection table clean.
• Notifies Supervisor or Team Lead of any problems.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable and resourceful.
• Solid decision making skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience as processor in a food manufacturing, a plus.

Starting payrate:

$20.37/hour + $1.00 per hour for 3rd Shift differential.
