  • Estimated hourly base pay: $31.23(minimum) - $39.04(midpoint) - $46.85(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Repair & Warranty Coordinator, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Repair & Warranty Coordinator processes, reviews and administers warranty claims including repairs and refunds in collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, quality, sourcing and engineering. This position works under a medium level of supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Reviewing all repair parts and determining whether to use or scrap them.
  • Ordering the materials necessary to complete repairs.
  • Making warranty decisions, including granting or denying customer warranty claims, in collaboration with the quality team.
  • Analysing repair cost trends and determining potential areas for improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with customers to communicate repair options, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyzing unit failures and repair evaluations to identify correlations between failure causes and test results.
  • Collaborating with the repair team leads and the quality team to ensure seamless planning and execution of repair operations.
  • Reviewing teardown reports to gain insights into repair requirements and overall unit performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Associate's degree in electrical/electronic field is required, and a bachelor's degree in arts/sciences is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+years of experience in operations, repair, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and packaging diagrams.
  • Solid knowledge of repair evaluation processes, failure analysis, and teardown reports.
  • Ability to analyze technical data and correlate failure causes with test results.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills to conduct cost analyses and identify trends in repair costs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Familiarity with WISE applications such as BOM, NCR, EC screens, and part tracking is a plus.
