Closing Date: September 19th, 2025 or upon receipt of 50 applicant submissions Office Manager - Sheriff Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Full-time Pay Range: $28.21 - $42.30 Candidates must upload a current resume when applying for this position. This resume will be utilized to review relevant work experience and qualifications. Job Summary The Office Manager is responsible for supervising and scheduling Clerical staff members in the Civil Process Unit and Milwaukee County Sheriff Office (MCSO) Traffic Window. This role will also interview, hire, and train all new Civil Process and Traffic Clerks. Schedule and maintain coverage all clerical staff. Supervise and assign daily duties for all clerical staff. Generate and maintain reports as needed. Purchase, monitor, and maintain equipment and ample supplies needed for the Civil Process and Courts Division area. Any other duties as assigned by the Captain or Inspector. Job Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Exceptional people skills; ability to make sound judgment calls and use of common sense; ability to work under pressure; ability to lift/carry/push/pull 50 lbs.; and ability to supervise approximately 7 or more employees.
