JOB SUMMARY

Leads the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. This role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer to drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and an operational excellence team culture.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, accounting or related field; and
  • Ten plus years' experience in operations; of which at least five years' experience must be in construction operations.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assists with the development, implementation, and execution of operational strategies aligned with the company strategic plan and goals.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Supports the development and implementation of operational processes in order strengthen business operations.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to support long-term planning.
  • Establishes, recommends, and tracks key performance indicators that are consistent with company best practices that will enhance operational excellence.
  • Assists in the development, approval, and implementation of plans, policies, procedures, goals, objectives and philosophies in furtherance of company operations.
  • Reviews and analyzes expenditures, financials, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits.
  • Completes projects, reports, and data requests for Chief Operating Officer within established timeframes and short deadlines.
  • Assists companies as needed with their ongoing operating needs.
  • Serves as a liaison between operations and other departments (e.g. accounting, IT, HR)
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • Salary range: $169,660 - $212,080
  • Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 50% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
