Seeking a strong contributing Accounting/Finance member of the OneStream business team that will actively work to obtain a broad knowledge of Enterprise Finance processes to provide OneStream support for the businesses. This role will function under the Enterprise Finance Reporting and Controllership (R&C) team to enhance the delivery of planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all global business units. The incumbent will support the annual budgeting process for Admin/RD and Store/Rep groups. This role will also support the monthly budget process, including support and maintenance of the OneStream PLP module (PeoplePlanning). Support will include break-fix issue resolution as well as working with the FP&A teams to seek system and process enhancement opportunities and lead implementation initiatives from end to end (requirements gathering, testing, go-live, etc).

Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  1. Support budgeting processes within OneStream (including PLP module)

    1. Work with FP&A teams to meet timeline deliverables for annual budgeting process

    2. Work with end-users to troubleshoot system issues related to the PLP module and budget webforms

    3. Coordinate when enhancements move into production ensuring system stability throughout the year

  2. Facilitate requirements-gathering and testing of system enhancements

    1. Partner with FP&A teams to understand processes and document requested changes

    2. Create and execute test scripts

    3. Verify data using data sheets

    4. Utilize Jira to manage testing and defects

    5. Coordinate System Performance Testing

  3. Support OneStream/EPM Projects & Production

    1. Liaison between Business Segments and IT Developers

    2. Create/adjust webforms and reports

    3. Inbound/Outbound data interfaces

    4. System testing

    5. Data integrity

  4. Develop and conduct end user training and change management material

    1. Maintain up-to-date reference materials and process guides in a shared location

    2. Conduct regular and ad hoc training sessions


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related field.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 4+ years of Finance/ Accounting Experience
  • Comfortable with financial systems and working with IT
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to handle multiple priorities and projects
  • Experience working on a project, or involved in a project/ team environment
  • Must be a team player who can identify opportunities and work across functional areas to provide solutions and recommendations for improvement
  • Proven ability to build relationships

Preferred:

  • ERP or EPM system experience
  • Project leadership experience
  • FP&A / R&C experience

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Data understanding, modeling, and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience working with OneStream, EPM, Oracle GL, or other financial systems
  • Exposure to technical programming languages (SQL, Python, Java, R, C++, etc)
