Your Opportunity:Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll set up, run, and maintain production equipment while ensuring high-quality results and safe operation. If you enjoy working with your hands, staying active on the job, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be a great fit Your Responsibilities: Operate and monitor printing equipment to produce high-quality work. Perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly. Prepare inks and paper, making sure the right materials are used for each job. Check setup and make adjustments to ensure accurate output. Inspect printed pieces during production to maintain quality. Work with the team to organize and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines. Follow all safety guidelines and keep a clean, safe work area. Cross-train and operate a variety of equipment as needed (such as printers, cutters, folders, and packaging machines). Your Shift: *Monday-Friday -* *2pm-10pm* You Must Have: Comfort with setting and adjusting machine parts to required tolerances. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Good reading and comprehension skills. Requirements within this position: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. Regularly required to remain in a stationary position. Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. Frequently required to move inside the facility. Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). We Would Also Prefer: High school diploma or GED Experience working with close tolerances Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability Good color vision and attention to visual detail The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16-19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
