This Accounts Payable Coordinator role at Shared Services involves the corporate card program, reviewing transactions, auditing expense reports, positive pay, and various inquiries. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is primarily responsible for researching and resolving outstanding expense reports to determine if they should be processed or deleted.

Role and Responsibilities:

Review entries for duplication

Contacting associates via email, teams, and/or phone to provide support regarding resolving outstanding expense reports

Reviewing merchant names on paid expense reports to confirm adherence to US Travel policy and code of conduct.

Document actions taken in several shared spreadsheets

Provide elevated levels of support to the branches at Month End as well as Mid-Year and Year End

Provide unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Accounts payable experience preferred

Basic understanding of accounting concepts through course-work or relevant experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to recall information necessary for quick decision making and critical thinking

Ability to organize and prioritize work, adjusting in accordance with job objectives

Ability to navigate Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc)

Experience with Oracle a plus

Corporate Card program experience a plus

Hours are 8am - 5pm Eastern and can be flexible down the road
