Content Editor (Contract)

Status: Part-time, 10 hours/week (~40 hours/month)

Location: Remote (US based)

Contract Duration: ASAP - March 2026 (approx.)

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $24.00- $27.00 per hour.

We're looking for a highly skilled Content Editor to join our team on a contract basis. You will play a key role in our content production pipeline, focusing on the final stages of our blog posts to ensure they are polished, optimized, and ready for publication. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented editor with a strong grasp of grammar and SEO principles.

What You'll Do

• Edit and manage 5-8 blog posts per week, ensuring all content is high-quality and meets our standards.
• Finalize blog posts within nDash, our content creation platform.
• Publish content using our CMS, Publii. This includes setting up posts and making final edits as directed.
• Select and manage images for blog posts using our digital asset management tool, Bynder.
• Maintain and update project tasks within Click-Up, our project management tool.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content editor or similar role.
• Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and how they apply to content.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• Experience with nDash, Click-Up, Publii, or Bynder is a plus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $24.00 - $27.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
