Position: GIS Developer, Mid-Level - FAA Function: Data Science Location: Remote Site/Cobec Site - DC (Required to come into the office as needed for client and/or integrator meetings and collaboration) Remote Work Option: Yes Salary Range: $100 - $130k Security Requirements Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years. Job Summary This position will support the creation and management of geospatial solutions for aviation-related projects using the ESRI ArcGIS platform. The candidate will help build and configure ArcGIS Online applications - such as Experience Builder, Dashboards, Field Maps, Survey123, and QuickCapture - and develop automated processes to streamline data workflows. This role includes preparing and integrating geospatial datasets, performing advanced geoprocessing, and presenting results through web maps, dashboards, and other visualization tools. Years of Relevant Experience The position requires 4 - 6 equivalent years of experience in Geographical Information Systems, web development, operations research, modeling and simulation, or technical analysis. Specific experience with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or the Aviation Industry is desired. Essential Job Functions
Education Requirements Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Geospatial Science, Computer Science, Geography, Urban Development, Data Science, or similar. Master's degree is a recommended Skills Requirements
