Role Overview Manage team of corporate housing specialists and coordinators (where applicable). Act as point of escalation for issues with transferees, clients, account management, operations and suppliers. Facilitate problem resolutions and ensure high quality of service delivery and compliance with temporary living policies. Work with senior/VIP transferees, group moves and training programs. Act as single point of accountability to the client and SVP, Residential and Corporate Housing. *The deadline to apply for this position is Friday, September 26th at 5pm EST.
