We're looking for a versatile Enterprise Risk Analyst with a strong interest in enterprise-wide risk management, including areas such as security risk, climate risk, and ERM compliance activities. In this role, you'll help facilitate risk awareness, strengthen organizational resilience, and ensure leadership has the insights needed to make informed, forward-looking decisions.

This position can be filled as a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst or a Senior Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will:

  • Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and analysis in collaboration with risk owners and senior leaders.

  • Maintain and enhance the ERM framework and supporting processes.

  • Coordinate quarterly and annual risk updates; prepare reports and dashboards for executives, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

  • Research and monitor emerging risks (e.g., climate, third-party, and regulatory) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

  • Partner with Enterprise Compliance, Internal Audit, and business units to ensure alignment with enterprise risk priorities.

  • Support scenario planning, stress testing, and other risk analysis activities.

  • Translating risk concepts for executives, regulators, and operational teams.

Additionally, you will:

  • Contribute to risk assessments of key information security and operational controls.

  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to document findings and track mitigation efforts.

  • Stay informed on evolving regulations and frameworks that intersect with ERM, compliance, and information security.

What it Takes

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, ERM, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related fields

  • Familiarity with enterprise risk frameworks (e.g., COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and/or regulatory compliance practices preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect complex data points into meaningful insights preferred

  • Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience.
