I can succeed as a Site Services & Operations (SS&O) Manager at Capital Group.

As a Site Services & Operations Manager, I will lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional workplace experiences across one or more sites. I'll be the steward of the physical environment, ensuring that our services reflect Capital Group's values and support our core business goals.

In this role, I'll oversee a broad portfolio of services-from facilities and food operations to safety, and business continuity. I'll manage vendor relationships, lead strategic planning, and collaborate with site leadership to respond to urgent and high-visibility events. I'll also play a key role in shaping the culture of our workplace, setting high standards, and modeling the behaviors that make Capital a special place to work.

As a people leader, I'll coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth through feedback, encouragement, and opportunity. I'll build strong relationships across the organization, working with peers and stakeholders to share best practices and continuously improve our services.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $121,652-$194,643

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
