I'll be the steward of the physical environment, ensuring that our services reflect Capital Group's values and support our core business goals. In this role, I'll oversee a broad portfolio of services-from facilities and food operations to safety, and business continuity. I'll manage vendor relationships, lead strategic planning, and collaborate with site leadership to respond to urgent and high-visibility events. I'll also play a key role in shaping the culture of our workplace, setting high standards, and modeling the behaviors that make Capital a special place to work. As a people leader, I'll coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth through feedback, encouragement, and opportunity. I'll build strong relationships across the organization, working with peers and stakeholders to share best practices and continuously improve our services. I am the person Capital Group is looking for.
