Job Overview: We are hiring Benefits Specialists to support a seasonal healthcare program focused on benefit verification and patient support. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role ideal for professionals with strong customer service and call center experience. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outbound calls to gather missing or unclear benefit details * Perform full benefit investigations using scripts and call guides * Handle inbound calls regarding application status and missing information * Document findings in Summary of Benefits and update case notes in internal systems Qualifications: * 2+ years of call center experience (inbound/outbound) * Strong customer service and communication skills * Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel is a plus * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities * Experience with benefit verification is a plus but not required Work Environment: * Onsite training for 2 weeks at HQ (150 Hilton Dr., Jeffersonville, IN) * Continued onsite work at PC West (4550 Town Center Blvd., Jeffersonville, IN) * Shifts: Monday-Friday, either 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
