*Location:* San Antonio, TX 78249 (Mostly remote)
*Shift:* 8-hour shift between 7am-8pm, Mon-Fri; Sat availability possible after training About the Team The Order Management team is dedicated to ensuring patients receive the therapy they need, when they need it. This team qualifies orders quickly and accurately by verifying insurance coverage and clinical eligibility, working closely with clinicians, patients, and internal teams to make the ordering process seamless and efficient. Guided by core values: * *Put People First* - Empathy and impact drive every interaction * *Win With Excellence* - High standards and patient safety are non-negotiable * *Solve What Matters* - Innovation meets real-world needs * *Advance Together* - Collaboration fuels progress What You'll Do As an Order Management Specialist, you'll: * Validate insurance coverage and clinical status to confirm therapy eligibility * Release qualified orders to the service team for device delivery * Collaborate with sales, prescribers, patients, and internal teams * Balance speed and accuracy to prevent therapy delays and ensure reimbursement * Communicate financial responsibility to patients when needed * Uphold compliance and company policies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 3+ years in insurance authorization, verification, or medical billing * OR Bachelor's degree in healthcare * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proficiency in Excel and general computer literacy Preferred Qualifications * Experience with health insurance claims, billing, or authorization * 2+ years using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ideal Candidate Traits * Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment * Builds trust with patients, physicians, and payers * Interprets payer requirements and clinical criteria with confidence * Self-motivated and disciplined in a hybrid remote setting * Tech-savvy and customer-focused * Committed to excellence and continuous improvement Work Environment & Equipment * Must be local to San Antonio and available for quarterly onsite "Moments that Matter" (Mon-Thurs) * Equipment shipped in two parts: laptop/docking station, then monitors/wires * Accessories (mouse, headset, keyboard) must be picked up * Must have hardwired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted) #prioritywest25*Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
