Description - Onsite in Bethpage NY Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Helping the operations manager with daily tasks Reviewing a company's operations to suggest areas for improvement to the operations manager Developing strategies for enhancing business processes with the operations manager Organizing and filing important documents Adding new information to order forms and other reports Communicating with customers and vendors Answering questions about operations from other departments Use of Office and Outlook Work in team Skills Customer service, Microsoft office Additional Skills & Qualifications Excellent knowledge the MS Office suite, especially Excel 1 year customer service and 1 year data entry Skills/Abilities SAP, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, familiar with Quality Audit Process and maintenance of Quality Management System Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
